Historia

The word «Nilahue» is mapudungún origin and means stony ford describing some physical characteristics of the industry environment in its origins.

The origin of the hotel dates back to 1970 when its founders decided to install five adjacent beach huts Reñaca’s between the second and third sector. Beginning in 1975 the construction of what is now the hotel being composed of 36 rooms, all rooms with sea view and the beach began.
